Uploading your file via FTP software
You can access the Incoming FTP site by using any popular FTP software, such as FileZilla Client, FlashFXP, FTP Explorer, or any software that supports the standard FTP protocol.
Use the following information to configure your FTP software:
Host: citilabsftp.com
Protocol: FTP
User: anonymous
Password: none (leave blank)
Here is an example setup for accessing the Citilabs Incoming FTP site using FileZilla.
And here's a proper configuration in FlashFXP.
Uploading your file via Windows Explorer
The Citilabs Incoming FTP site can also be reached by using Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer). Copy and paste the FTP address below into the address field of Windows Explorer:
ftp://anonymous@citilabsftp.com
You can then copy and paste your file to the FTP folder accessible from Windows Explorer. Note, you cannot delete files from this location. If you need to upload a file with the same name as a file that already exists on the site, you will need to rename the file first as you will not be able to overwrite an existing file.
If you are experiencing problems accessing the Incoming FTP site or uploading your files, please consult with your system administrator or other IT staff on how to configure FTP access as there may be firewall settings that prevent you from accessing the site.
Downloading your file
If you need to download a file from the Citilabs Outgoing FTP site, you will be provided a direct download link by Citilabs support staff which you can use to retrieve the file. Alternatively, you may login and download the file using your FTP client by navigating to the Outgoing folder and locating your file there.
