Ok. I'm glad Citilabs has finally done something new to help us connect with each other. I didn't participate much in the last forum because it seemed to hard to use. My first observation here is that I still can't find a page with a nice summary of how to use this.
So here are a couple questions:
1. Can I set up my Outlook so that I can send and receive emails to the forum without having to log in to this site to do it?
2. Is there a "How to" document somewhere that shows us how to use this effectively without looking like fools in front of hundreds of peers?
I'll stop there and see what happens next before I look like too big of a fool. :)

1. Good question. I responded to your post from my mac using mac's mail program. Doesn't seem to have shown up here. I wouldn't think it would matter whether one comes from Outlook or something else. So, I have gone over to the Get Satisfaction site itself and asked your question (integration with Outlook). I'll find out what they say and repost. You may well have to login here to post and respond--which I know is a bit of a pain, but this system does a lot of really nice stuff that we never had--like kind of auto-generate FAQs, etc.
2. How to---Hmmm. You seem to have advanced to a pretty good level:
- create an account--check
- signin--check
- setup your profile (even with a photo that is not stretched out like mine)--double check
- I think the last thing--did you get this response via your email? You have to go to your account (pull down on your signin name) and make sure you want to receive responses). If you did--I think you have a diploma in the use of this.
Of course, I may be looking like a fool! Ha!

I did get your email via Outlook. I tried to respond and the email went somewhere, but it looks like it didn't end up here. It would be really nice to interact with this completely via email. Can you figure out if that's possible?

Well, the Get Satisfaction people said that is not a current feature. Seems like something that had not thought of and are turning it over to the development team.
I'm writing this directly in the web page---not from my email. Guess everyone gets this? And, no one got my first response except Mike Brown?
Happy 4th to those in the USA.
